Leslie Lindo

Leslie Lindo is co-founder and president of the Sonoran Sustainable Building Advisor Program ("SoSBAP"). Leslie was invited by the Sustainable Building Advisor Institute to provide the Sustainable Building Advisor Program for the Sonoran Desert region. She designs the program, selects subject matter experts as course instructors. Leslie formerly served as chair of the LEED for Schools Advocacy Committee, Arizona Chapter, and is currently chair of the Education Committee and sits on the Public Policy Committee, both for the Phoenix Green Chamber of Commerce.

Leslie earned her Sustainable Building Advisor certification from the Bay Area chapter of the Sustainable Building Advisor Institute [1]. Shortly thereafter, she joined Green Ideas as Director of Marketing and Business Development. Leslie developed LEED solutions for clients supported by Green Ideas' engineering and project management teams. Prior to Green Ideas, Leslie worked in the construction industry and recognized the tremendous opportunity for sustainable approaches to the design and construction innovations in the built environment.
